Entry Way

So, let’s talk entry way. We bought our house in December of 2020 and knew it would need to be fully updated from top to bottom. I wanted a statement right when you entered the door and our entry way is small with low ceilings, so I knew it needed to be bold. Mainly because I love everything bold. I decided to go with a tile that gave me an old world feel and black 7/8th high board and batten. Our contractor installed the flooring, but my husband installed and painted the board and batten. It was extremely easy to do and recommend everyone give it a try to really spice up any space.

We replaced the shades on our double doors with beautiful Roman Shades from Blinds.com in the color Shannon White Flint and style: Premier Roman Shade. They are manual pull down shades with a valance and are amazing quality. The shades are affiliate linked here.

All furniture and accessories pieces were purchased from Target from the Threshold x Studio Mcgee line. I wanted to add a touch of gold to break up all the black with this beautiful white marble top console table. The gold hooks give the space an ‘old-world’ feel (which I totally love) and were purchased from Amazon. All items that are still available (or similar) are affiliate linked below.
